Returning Your Tropical Bed Spread or Other Luxury Linens

If your order of tropical bed spreads, luxury linens, shower curtains, or other products from Tropical Linens and Accessories do not meet your expectations, feel free to return or exchange them. Our ultimate goal is to please you, the customer.

We offer a fifteen-day return policy. We simply ask that the customer pay for the shipping cost to return the product in the original packaging. Please include the original sales receipt and all labels and tags. Make sure your name and telephone number are packaged with the returned product. You can e-mail or call us to get a return authorization number. We will not accept any returned item without this number. The original shipping cost will not be refunded. Custom-made items CANNOT be returned, as the sale of these is final.
