Answers to Our Common Tropical Bedspread and Bedding Ensemble Questions

Below, you will find a list of the most commonly-asked questions about our bedding ensembles, tropical beddspreads and comforters, payment, and shipping options. If you do not find the answer to your question here, please contact us.

1. What is included in a comforter set?

• Twin Set - Comforter, Bedskirt*, and 1 Pillow Sham
• Full, Queen, & King Sets - Comforter, Bedksirt*, and 2 Pillow Shams.

*Most bedskirts will have a 15" drop unless a special order is requested.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on special orders.

 2.What is included in a daybed set? - A daybed set includes a comforter, bedskirt*, and 2 king shams.

*Bedskirt length will be either 14" or 15" drop.

 3. Do you send out fabric samples? - We will happily send out a sample of most of our fabrics at no charge. When you request a swatch, be sure to include your name, telephone number, and address.

 4. Do you sell fabrics? - The majority of our fabrics can be ordered by the whole yard only. Please note that these are 54" wide. As well, we cannot accept returns on ordered fabrics.

 5. Are comforter sets machine washable? - We suggest that our comforter sets be dry-cleaned only.

 6. Are bedspreads and quilts machine washable? - Both the bedspreads and the quilts we sell can be machine washed in cold water and then dried on gentle cycle.

 7. Do you have a printed catalog? - Because we are constantly updating our stock, we do not offer a print catalog. We do recommend that when you set up a user account with us, you request to join our e-mail list. As well, you can check back with us often to view our inventory.  

8. How will my order be shipped? -  Most orders with Tropical Linens are shipped through Fed-Ex Ground.

 9. Do you accept custom orders? - Several of our manufacturers will allow us to request a change in the length of bedskirts, in the width of comforters, etc...Please contact our experienced sales staff for more information on the availability of custom orders.

10. When will my credit card be charged? - Charges will be applied to all credit cards at the time of purchase.

 11. When will my order be shipped? - We will ship within 3 business days. If, for some reason, the item(s) is/are temporary out of stock, it may take 3-4 weeks before we receive the item(s).Once the item(s) leaves ouur store, you can expect to receive it within 4-7 business days.
